Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lumina Commerce LLC (“we”), which operates AmHere. By creating an account or using AmHere you agree to them.
1. The service
AmHere lets you send short, pre-written nudges to people you've connected with, to let them know you're thinking of them. Nudges have a cooldown to prevent spam.
2. Not an emergency service
SOS and safety prompts are a convenience only. AmHere does not contact emergency services and cannot guarantee delivery. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (with parental permission if under 18). Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including your real name.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use AmHere to harass, threaten, stalk or spam anyone, to impersonate others, or to break the law. Don't attempt to bypass limits, cooldowns or security. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Free Access and Full Access
Free Access is free forever and includes one connected person. Full Access is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited people and extra personalisation. Prices are shown before purchase (currently $2.99/month or $19.99/year in USD) and may include applicable taxes.
6. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. On the web you can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription; on iOS or Android, through your App Store or Google Play account. When you cancel you keep Full Access until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Promo codes grant time-limited Full Access and have no cash value.
7. Your content
You own what you add (names, photos, custom prompts). You give us a limited licence to store and deliver it solely to operate AmHere. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
8. Our property
AmHere, its logo, design and software are owned by Lumina Commerce LLC. All rights reserved.
9. Disclaimers and liability
AmHere is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the service
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Lumina Commerce LLC is registered. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact: luminacommercellc@gmail.com.
